You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Brighter Beginnings within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Merchandise (less shipping/handling) will be fully refunded for any reason. Customer pays return shipping on items being returned.

If you received free shipping and return items, and your order drops below the threshold, then you may be charged a shipping fee.
 

Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund.

$50.00 and up: FREE

Most orders ship within 24 hours on normal business days. Any order placed before 1pm eastern time (Monday - Friday) will ship that day.
